The food was great with a wide array of options. There were exceptionally nice and beautiful rooms with hot tub.

A self-service hotel with great food. The rooms beautifully maintained and romantic with laminate floors and bedroom, for example. Overall very nice stay for a vacation.

It was immaculate and absolutely perfect room, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was based in beautiful building in a great and stunning location, to a restaurant on property.

We had an incredible experience here at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be more perfect, with exclusive access to a lagoon parallel to the beach and breathtaking ocean views. The service provided by the staff was top-notch - they were kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The room amenities were excellent, from ironing facilities to heating and air conditioning, as well as tea and coffee facilities. We especially loved the balcony and sitting area, where we could relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The in-room safe, hair dryer, and free toiletries were great added touches. Plus, having a kitchen or kitchenette in the room with cookware and utensils was a convenient feature for us. The television and direct dial telephone were also handy, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added a touch of elegance to the room. We couldn't have asked for more.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was courteous, helpful and ready to meet any need you may have. Phillip was an excellent resource for the resort as well as the area in general. If more hotels had employees like the ones I met at the Carillon Inn, you would have less complaints from travelers. The room was excellent and the amenities were pristine. Room was great; desk staff very pleasant

We had a great time at this beachfront resort! Loved having direct access to the beach and the beach chairs and towels provided by the hotel. Our room was cozy and nicely equipped with a kitchenette. We had a small issue with the key not working but the receptionist was quick to assist us. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway.

The view from the Carillon Beach Resort Inn was breathtaking. The location was perfect for us, as it allowed us to easily access everything we wanted to see and do in Panama City Beach. The king suite we stayed in was excellent and we really enjoyed having the extra space. One of the highlights of our stay was discovering the Phat Crab restaurant, which was conveniently located just minutes away from the hotel. We ended up eating there multiple times because it was so good. Additionally, we were pleased to find that the hotel offered free on-site parking.
